PROFESSOR'S VERMOUTH

Warm and enveloping scent of woods, balsamic and mentholated reminiscent of pharmaceutical mixtures of the past, balanced by absinthe, bitter orange and vanilla. Full and soft taste resulting from refinement in oak barrels is gradually overtaken by balsamic and mentholated notes which flow into the bitter-sweetness of rhubarb and gentian, aided by sugar and the light tannin acquired in the months of refinement.
