PIENNOLO TOMATO DOP "SEMIDRY" 550GR

The “Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP” is one of the oldest and most typical products of Campania agriculture. It is grown on the slopes of Vesuvius, in an area well delimited by the DOP regulations. The peculiar aspect that best unites Vesuvian cherry tomatoes is the 'piennolo' preservation technique. A technical feature for tying the 'shells' of ripe cherry tomatoes together to form a large bunch which is then suspended in ventilated rooms.
