ORGANIC WHITE MOSCATO CANTINA MARILINA 2022

The basis of the balanced Moscato Bianco Cuè di Sicilia are grapes of the Moscato Giallo variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Sicily. Here the vines sink their roots deep into the limestone soil. After the harvest, the grapes arrive in the cellar as quickly as possible. Here they are carefully selected and pressed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel and concrete tanks at a controlled temperature. The vinification is followed by a few months' aging on the fine lees before final bottling.
