Selvatica is an amber beer characterized by a significant use of wild hops, a native variety of the Avisan hills which they have domesticated and have been growing for years in the surroundings of our agricultural brewery. Selvatica is a top-fermented organic beer. It does not undergo any filtration or clarification process. It is a living beer where the yeasts naturally present in the bottle determine an evolution of the product over time.
