MARTIN MILLER'S GIN

Clear and crystalline in colour, it presents evident notes of citrus and juniper, aromatic herbs and sweet spices of vanilla and star anise on the nose, together with slightly balsamic hints of eucalyptus and menthols. The gustatory impact is reminiscent of dried plum, it is soft, enveloping but fresh, reminiscent of candied citron, with a medium and creamy body that expands minerally towards the entire palate, in a long finish of violet and cucumber.
