IOVEM

IOVEM is the first alcoholic nectar composed of 4 elements: honey, grapes, ginger and lemon. Honey is the ingredient that adds the sweetness to the product. From the grapes, the must is used, the second sweetening factor together with honey, and the natural pigment enocyanin of the grape skin which allows IOVEM to have its characteristic purple colour. The ginger used is obtained from handcrafted processing and not from artificial flavourings. Lemon is the ingredient that gives aroma and freshness.
