Champagne Brut Tradition Les 3 Puys is a champagne produced from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes in equal proportions by the Larnaudie Hirault winery in Troys-Puits, a Premier Cru village around the mountains of Reims. The 24-month refinement in the bottle on the yeasts gives this straw yellow champagne intense hints of white flowers, white pulp fruit and bread crust. The sip is dynamic, with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances the elegant acidity.
