GRECANICO SKETTA 2022 ORGANIC CANTINA MARILINA

Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from pure Grecanico grapes using the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, unmarried, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white limestone soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in cement tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.
