CAVIAR siberian classic Calvisius 10GR

Siberian Classic caviar is obtained from the Siberian sturgeon, a modest-sized species that reaches a weight of between 8 and 40 kg. Native to the Siberian river basins (from the Ob river to the Kolyma river) and the Lake Baikal basin. Its caviar, extremely versatile in the kitchen, with a rather strong taste, has dimensions that vary with age (between 2.5 and 3 millimetres) on shades of gray and amber. It goes well with dishes with light starches, moderately sour cream, soft bread or blini according to the Russian tradition. Recommended pairing: brut bubbles, still white wines with good minerality, vodka. On average, it takes 6-8 years to wait to obtain this caviar.
